This home remodeling project included the construction of 3 different units as well as an exterior remodel. The project consisted of a main home remodel which included a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In addition, it consisted of a custom attached ADU with a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and a custom detached ADU with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. To create privacy the exterior of the home was remodeled as well creating separate entrances to each unit, while the main home was remodeled to feature a custom wood deck in the back yard, modern electrical design in the front yard and brand new cement pavement.
